Key Responsibilities- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Manage and coordinate the pursuit of in-house and field valve service opportunities.
- Lead and/or support each opportunity through the following phases: Project Identification, Pursuit Strategy, Proposal Generation, Execution, Project Completion and Customer Satisfaction Follow-up.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Working knowledge of control valves, isolation valves, safety valves, and actuation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic PC skills and ability to utilize various software applications (MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and interface with multiple business/database systems.
- Ability to travel regularly, including overnight trips, and have a valid driver's license.
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $91,000-118,000, as well as opportunities for incentive compensation, including quarterly sales bonus, annual sales accelerator payment, and annual profit share award. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, HSA and FSA options, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, 401k with employer match, 10 paid holidays, and 16 days of paid time off.
