Job Summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a skilled RN - Emergency Services Specialist to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a member of our emergency services team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to emergency department patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
  • 1 year of nursing experience in an emergency department setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National certification in area of specialty.
