Commercial Lines Account Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Specialist to join our team at New Level Resources. As a Commercial Lines Account Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily servicing of assigned commercial book of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Bind documents and proposals, review contracts with insurance certificates via email
- Prepare and present documentation for approval - certificates of insurance, loss history requests, coverage inquiries, bind orders
- Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Possess and maintain a valid California Property and Casualty License
- 3+ years of experience working in the California Insurance Industry
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for assisting in the daily servicing of assigned commercial book of business. This includes faxing, filing, copying, editing, formatting, creating insurance-related documents, binding documents and proposals, reviewing contracts with insurance certificates via email, and preparing and presenting documentation for approval.

Estimated salary: $27-$34/hour or more DOE.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, listening and conflict resolution skills, demonstrated tact and diplomacy, discretion, and judgment to build and maintain personal relationships. They will also have intermediate to advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 software and the ability to work independently and within a team.
