Job Overview
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Insurance Search Specialists, you will play a pivotal role in managing middle-market construction accounts. With the AMS360 agency management system as your tool, you will provide exceptional client service and exceed expectations. Your expertise in commercial insurance products and market trends in the construction industry will be invaluable to our clients.

This is a 100% remote opportunity based in Thousand Oaks, California, with a focus on excellence and integrity in all aspects of client interaction and service delivery. You can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000, along with an excellent benefits package, generous paid time off, and a culture that emphasizes work-life balance.

In this role, you will be responsible for account management, client interaction, collaboration with internal teams, AMS360 utilization, client renewals & marketing, and carrier relations. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management, specifically with construction accounts, and possess a current Property & Casualty license, we encourage you to apply.

Key responsibilities include ensuring client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency, collaborating with internal teams to provide comprehensive services, efficiently using the AMS360 agency management system, overseeing the client renewal process, negotiating with insurance carriers to secure favorable terms, and more.
