Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
  • Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
