Direct Care Services Supervisor

The IDD Site Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential site, ensuring the highest level of care and support for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage direct care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address client needs, preferences, and goals.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IDD services, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results-oriented solutions.
$50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid time off and professional development opportunities.
