Salary: $17.00 - $21.00/hour

Job Responsibilities

The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate client information, scheduling appointments and surgeries, and providing knowledgeable advice about wellness, prevention, and diseases. This individual must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and the ability to handle payment and financial issues.

  • Maintain and update accurate client information in our system.
  • Schedule appointments and surgeries according to hospital guidelines.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice about wellness, prevention, and diseases.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in customer service/reception in the veterinary field, demonstrated commitment to our core values, and working knowledge of veterinary terminology. You must also be able to handle varied and sometimes difficult conditions, display tact and respect with clients and team members, and feel and express a genuine liking for animals and their owners.
