Residential Services Associate

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. As a key member of our Residential Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:- Support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care and household responsibilities.
- Develop and implement personalized plans to promote independence and community integration.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless support and services.
- Fulfill all training requirements and documentation needs.
- DSP certification within 6 months.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities an asset.
