We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Milwaukie, Oregon. As a Residential Associate, you will be a vital member of our direct care team, providing support and services to adults with serious mental illness.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
- Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
- Valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds
- A competitive hourly wage of $22.00 per hour, DOE/Credentials
- A 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired)
