Residential Associate

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in SE Portland. As a Residential Associate, you will work as a member of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions, performing housekeeping and meal preparation, administering medication, and keeping accurate clinical documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for adults with serious mental illness
- Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties
- Administer medication as prescribed by a licensed healthcare professional
- Keep accurate clinical documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
- Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
- Eligibility requires 1 out of 3 criteria: a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, minimum three years of verifiable behavioral health experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have a valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record
- Must be able to pass a DHS criminal background check
- A competitive hourly wage of $22.00 per hour, DOE/Credentials
- An additional 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired)
