About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. As a Residential Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with serious mental illness in a residential treatment facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Administer medication
  • Keep accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Valid Oregon driver's license
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 40 pounds

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $20.00 - $22.00, with an additional 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.
