About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Portland, Oregon. As a Residential Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with serious mental illness in our Residential Treatment Facility, Willamette Rose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Administer medication
  • Keep accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds
