Position Overview

We are excited to present an opportunity for a dedicated individual to take on the role of Overnight Sanitation Specialist at The Fife Arms Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering an exceptional experience for guests by ensuring all shared spaces are kept immaculate and well-maintained.
  • Maintaining the safety and security of both guests and the establishment during night hours through regular inspections, ensuring all entrances are secured, fire exits are closed, and that there are no potential hazards.
  • Completing routine cleaning tasks in the kitchen, including the thorough cleaning of ventilation systems and ceilings according to a set schedule.
  • Deep cleaning back-of-house areas, such as staff locker rooms and the Team Café.
  • Adhering to the Hotel's Health and Safety Policy with personal accountability.
