Position Overview

We are excited to present an opportunity for a dedicated individual to take on the role of Overnight Sanitation Specialist at The Fife Arms Hotel.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering an outstanding experience for guests by ensuring all shared spaces are kept immaculate and inviting.
  • Monitoring the safety and security of guests and the establishment throughout the night by performing regular inspections, ensuring all entry points are secured, and addressing any potential safety concerns.
  • Executing routine cleaning duties in the kitchen, including the thorough cleaning of canopies and ceilings as per established schedules.
  • Deep cleaning back-of-house areas, such as locker rooms and staff dining facilities.
  • Upholding the Hotel's Health and Safety Policy with personal accountability.

You will be part of a creative team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service and eager to learn and grow together.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar hospitality role.
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to learn.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Security, Health & Safety, and COSHH regulations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
