Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Volkswagen of Duluth. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable vehicle purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure seamless customer interactions and sales processes
  • Prospect for new customers and update customer relationship management systems
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and showcase features to customers
  • Effectively close sales and ensure customers understand vehicle features, warranty, and paperwork
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Address customer questions and concerns after the sale
  • Understand and adhere to Volkswagen of Duluth's Auto Privacy and Information Security Policies
  • Complete all training and attend sales meetings
  • Meet monthly sales goals and departmental performance standards
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR check
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Dependable with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Ability to work Saturdays, late shifts, and over 40 hours per week
  • Ability to perform under pressure
