Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Utilize a customer-centered, needs-based review process to inform clients about their insurance choices.

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license.
  • Must be able to obtain Life and Health license.
  • Selected candidates are expected to stay updated on product changes, licensing, technical advancements, and ongoing education.
