Job Overview

HESCO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to lead our operations team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations, including driving operational efficiency, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing vendor and supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, preferably within the industrial automation sector, and a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the operations team to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Oversee the customer service department and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products.
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing based on market conditions and cost factors.
  • Implement procurement policies and procedures to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the industrial automation sector.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, customer service, pricing strategies, procurement processes, and inventory management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor and supplier relationships effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
