Job Summary:
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and that the building is maintained in a safe and healthy condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with client agency and meet with tenant agency liaisons regularly.
- Supervise all on-site employees and contractors for all ordinary and extraordinary repairs, decorations and alterations, capital improvements, remodeling, and occupant improvements.
- Monitor building systems to ensure that they are functioning as designed. Detect and correct out-of-parameter conditions without interrupting building services;
- Support semi-annual and annual testing of all agency laboratories and systems in accordance with the appropriate federal, state, and local laboratory regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and support a program for motor evaluations, wear indicators, timely replacement, and monitoring supply and exhaust filters.
