The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a vital role in our sales team by identifying and qualifying potential clients. You'll work closely with our experienced Business Development Director to contribute to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients using various tools and techniques, and successfully engage them for meetings and conversations.
- Qualification: Conduct initial conversations with prospects to assess their needs and determine their fit for our solutions.
- Lead Nurturing: Follow up with potential clients to provide them with relevant information and address their inquiries.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Sales Team Support: Assist experienced SDRs and BD Directors with administrative tasks and lead generation activities.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in training programs and stay up-to-date on industry trends and product features.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales development or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year experience in the payments industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Hubspot).
- A passion for learning about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
