Key Responsibilities
  • Generate insurance quotes, manage renewals, and modify policies as needed.
  • Provide insurance documentation and maintain updated client records.
  • Educate clients, offer advice, and promote additional services.
  • Enhance client retention and expand the client base through referrals and networking.

Qualifications
  • Property & Casualty License Required. Licensing assistance is available.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is necessary; insurance experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management Software.
  • A collaborative team player who is self-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
