Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Construction Manager to spearhead the planning, execution, and oversight of projects within our construction company. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with management to define project scopes, develop detailed work plans, and allocate resources efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management to define project objectives and develop detailed work plans.
  • Determine the resources needed for each project, including time, money, and equipment.
  • Create project schedules that effectively allocate resources and meet project deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
  • Establish a communication schedule to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Read and implement project drawings and specifications.
  • Manage construction schedules for each site, considering factors such as permitting, materials availability, and contractor schedules.
Requirements
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in following written and verbal instructions.
  • Punctual and consistent attendance in accordance with the work schedule.
  • Ability to work independently with little instruction in a highly organized manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to timeframes/schedules set by management.
  • Ability to prioritize workload.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
  • Experience and knowledge of electrical telecommunication sites.
