Job Summary

The Senior HR Generalist will oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department, supporting the organization's overall strategy through effective HR management and compliance. This role requires a collaborative team member who will continually strive to move the organization's talent forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Foster better communication throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues on cross-functional initiatives to implement new HR programs, processes, and policies.
  • Assist managers with recruiting, interviewing, screening, selecting, and hiring qualified employees.
  • Organize and maintain employee information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service on HR-related matters.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze exit survey data.
  • Recommend improvements in HR efficiency and services.
  • Assist with internal and external HR-related matters.
  • Prepare reports as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • HR certification preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Self-directed and motivated.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships to gain support and achieve results.
