Job Title: Automotive Parts Manager

At Audi Concord, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Parts Manager to lead our parts department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of parts professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels, purchasing procedures, and inventory control to minimize obsolescence and optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed for Warranty and Customer Pay jobs.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain purchasing policies, including purchase orders, inventory guide figures, and order codes.
  • Monitor and adjust inventory levels to minimize obsolescence and track all expenses.
  • Hire, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of department employees.
  • Monitor attendance and payroll records of parts department employees.
  • Provide technical assistance to parts department employees.
  • Demonstrate behaviors within Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
  • Implement and carry out safety requirements.
  • Develop, enforce, and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years' experience as a Parts Manager at an automobile dealership and/or wholesale parts department.
  • Minimum five years of experience in an automotive parts department.
  • Two years of sales experience preferred.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Successful track record with dealership service experience.
  • Stellar work ethic, outgoing, and personable team member.
  • Proven leadership ability to mentor and train team members.
  • Proficient time management and organizational skills.
  • Exemplary communication and customer service skills.
  • Driven personality, eager to improve, and able to work within and support internal teams.
  • Pass background screening, pre-placement drug screening, and must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
Compensation:

The Parts Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Salary Compensation of $5, and the position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. This position pays salary plus monthly bonus.

Annual Pay Range: $66,600 - $125,000 (annual average $120,000-$125,000). This position pays salary plus monthly bonus. Lots of income potential, strong & loyal customer base.
