Service Manager Job Description

Sunwise Auto Group is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service team and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of service professionals to provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Plan, train, and monitor the performance of service advisors, technicians, and support staff to promote customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service operations, including customer follow-up and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with dealership personnel to ensure superior quality of service is delivered.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations.
  • Craft goals and objectives for the department, including an annual operating budget and marketing plan.
  • Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of automotive managerial experience.
  • Successful track record with dealership service experience.
  • Stellar work ethic, outgoing, and personable team member.
  • Proven leadership ability to mentor and train team members.
  • Proficient time management and organizational skills.
  • Exemplary communication and customer service skills.
  • Driven personality, eager to improve, and able to work within and support internal teams.

Compensation:

The Service Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of a Base Salary Compensation of between $5,550.00 and $5,550.00, plus a production bonus based on individual or team performance.

Annual Pay Range: $66,600 - $210,000 (annual average $185,000-$210,000). This position pays salary plus monthly bonus. Lots of income potential, strong & loyal customer base.
