Transform Equipment Financing into a Gateway for Entrepreneurs

At Clicklease, we're on a mission to empower small business owners by providing innovative equipment financing solutions. As an Area Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future and making a tangible impact on the lives of entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners in your designated territory, including potential partners.
  • Communicate and articulate the company's value proposition to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure successful onboarding of new relationships and the success of new accounts.
  • Develop strategies and programs to promote increased sales for existing vendors, resulting in added financing volume for Clicklease.
  • Effectively use available resources to understand the Partner's industry and business.
  • Keep management informed about geographic and market opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM to capture relevant data and maintain comprehensive and accurate notes.
  • Travel for in-person meetings, up to 75%.
Requirements:
  • Engaging and personable, with the ability to partner with clients and stakeholders to develop influential relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment, build effective working relationships with key stakeholders, and work independently with limited supervision.
  • Thinks critically, able to understand our business and its evolving needs.
  • Strong time management and organizational experience.
  • Flexible, readily adjusting strategy and tactics to meet evolving needs of our partners.
  • Drives for results, highly productive while supporting a calm, fun-loving, and always professional demeanor.
  • Consistently brings an engaged, positive attitude and likes to WIN.
What We Offer:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years' relevant experience in B2B/B2C sales.
  • Technologically savvy and experienced with CRM software.
  • Retail or wholesale industry experience preferred. Equipment finance a plus.
