About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at OleumTech Corporation. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the Mid-Continent territory by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to achieve sales targets within assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with customers at all levels, striving to become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on OleumTech's product offerings and applications.
  • Meet with customers to assist in all aspects of business development, including identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Support customers in the field for OleumTech implementations and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our solutions.
  • Deliver technical customer presentations to demonstrate OleumTech's differentiated solutions at customer meetings, training sessions, conferences, and seminars.
  • Attend and/or participate in trade shows, conferences, and company-sponsored events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve customer problems and document best practices to improve team performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits and interactions in our CRM tool.
  • Travel to customer sites with minimal notice, as required.
Requirements
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize, schedule, and complete tasks on time.
  • Knowledge and implementation of industrial instrumentation and wireless technologies.
  • Practical verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree in technical/scientific discipline or equivalent work-related experience.
  • At least 6 years of pre/post sales experience in the oil & gas market.
