Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Rocking R Medical. As a Medical Device Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and quotas within your assigned territory. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, including surgeons and healthcare professionals, and provide expert knowledge of our product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory by building and maintaining strong business relationships and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
  • Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies to position the organization competitively and meet/exceed territory objectives.
  • Identify the needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses.
  • Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions as they become available.
  • Address any problems that arise at the account.
  • Support compliance and the principles of responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market.
  • 2-5 years demonstrated sales success in a competitive B2B industry.
  • Experience as an associate in the orthopedic industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong public speaking and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Current driver's license and access to own transportation.
Location

We are hiring in El Paso and Amarillo.
