Job Title: Corporate Lubricant Sales Representative

This is a strategic sales role within the Delta Fuel Company Inc. Oil and Gas Division, responsible for growing the lubricant customer base. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the field sales team to identify key corporate opportunities and maintain existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with decision-makers in assigned target accounts.
  • Identify and maintain an effective corporate sales contact cadence with prospects, customers, and sales leadership.
  • Illustrate effective territory coverage and management of the lubricant line of business.
  • Develop and manage prospect and customer relationships for assigned target accounts.
  • Operate in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • Utilize the CRM effectively for all future appointments and sales call recaps.
  • Prepare and present professional lubricant solutions to prospective customers.
  • Monitor monthly revenue performance and sales forecasting performance.
Requirements:
  • Lubricant knowledge is required, with experience in the Oil and Gas segment a significant plus.
  • Lubricant credentials such as CLS, MLT I & II, OMA, and MLA certifications are preferred.
  • Exceptional value-driven customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Formal sales training and certifications are a plus.
  • Above-average Email, computer, smartphone, and MS Excel skills are required.

Travel: REQUIRED – Travel up to 70% of the time.
