Business Development Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our organization as a Business Development Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team to service our existing client base, develop new business opportunities, and train and develop incoming team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills
- Research new business opportunities and identify potential clients
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality
- Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes
- Daily reporting of field activity using our CRM system
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Sales or customer service experience
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Desire to be active in the community
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S.
- Clean background and own transportation
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
