Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Definition and Prioritization: Identify customer needs that drive seller favorability and create a clear set of priorities to address those needs.
  • Ensure Roadmap Delivery: Influence roadmap development and support the successful delivery of outcomes across product, marketing, trust, regulatory, and seller operations.
  • Go to Market Strategy: Inform and align on go-to-market strategy in support of value proposition reinforcement, awareness, and adoption.
  • Results and Accountability: Define and own reporting against key performance indicators along owned initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of related experience, including 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or related business strategy role at a major corporation.
  • Prior experience owning end-to-end e-commerce experiences and using measures like NPS, conversion funnels, and financial results.
  • BA/BS required. MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
