We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Employee Benefits Sales Representative to empower businesses with tailored employee benefits solutions. As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate with HR professionals and business owners to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions that align with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and connect with prospective clients through online research, professional networking platforms, targeted outreach, and personalized communication.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to educate clients about various benefits packages, including health, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, and more.
  • Collaborate with clients to design customized benefits packages that suit their organizational objectives and employee preferences.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of activities and client communications in the CRM system.
