Administrative Assistant

Vital Home Care Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Collect and organize patient data with accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare and submit daily reports and billing information
- Manage on-call calendars and prepare for meetings
- Track and process verbal orders in a timely manner
- Ensure packets for RN Case Managers are up-to-date for visits and scheduling
- Attend weekly case conferences
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience is highly preferred
- Spanish speaking applicants are highly preferred
- Must have clinical office or home health/hospice experience
- Must be proficient in computer technology and pass a typing test
- Strong organizational, written, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills
- Ability to change focus quickly and accurately
- Ability to think critically and work as part of a team focused on providing optimal patient care
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to organize and create orderly systems
- Experience with computer technology, including Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and social media marketing
