Compensation ranges from $31.55 for Medical Assistants to $34.80 for LPNs, influenced by qualifications, experience, and internal equity. A comprehensive benefits package includes:

Your Role in Patient Care:
- Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and documenting relevant health information.
- Conduct laboratory tests following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Assist healthcare providers with various procedures, including exams and tests.
- Administer routine medications as per physician orders.
- Coordinate necessary tests and referrals, communicating effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Perform clinical support tasks as per specialty requirements under supervision.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide age-appropriate care, understanding the growth and development principles.
Licenses & Certifications:
For LPN:
- Active state-issued license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, to be obtained within 45 days unless exempted.
For Medical Assistant:
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association, to be obtained within 45 days unless exempted.
Educational Requirements:
For LPN:
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
For Medical Assistant:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or 2 years of relevant experience within the last 5 years.
Career Advancement:
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus after the initial 90 days of employment for qualified external candidates.
