Your Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of both direct and indirect patient care through a comprehensive nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the daily activities of nursing assistants.
- Administering medications as prescribed by physicians and ensuring proper drug administration protocols are followed.
- Communicating any changes in patient conditions to physicians, nursing supervisors, and family members.
- Maintaining accurate records upon patient admission, discharge, and transfer, in accordance with facility policies.
