Position Summary

The Client Relations Specialist will serve as the primary internal liaison for clients and contribute to the growth of new accounts.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Regular interaction with customers, Sales Representatives, Estimating, Production, Prepress, Purchasing, and Delivery departments, as well as other Client Relations Specialists and external vendors.
  • Oversee daily operations: review job reports each morning to ensure timely progress; assess delivery reports and address any concerns with relevant supervisors; prepare and send proofs to clients throughout the day; submit proofs to production upon their return from clients; complete necessary documentation for changes and additional charges; verify job accuracy against quotes before production; re-quote jobs as necessary and inform clients of any price adjustments in writing; input jobs into the system; label all supplied materials with job numbers and dates; ensure production receives all necessary materials for every job; provide folding dummies for book projects; print and discuss Sales Call Logs with Sales Representatives regarding account follow-ups.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Evaluate fluctuations in business activity within accounts and identify contributing factors on a quarterly basis in collaboration with sales.

Qualifications...

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: Two years of college education.
  • Minimum one year of experience in the graphics printing industry.
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Able to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
