Overview of the Client Support Role:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests related to products, pricing, shipment tracking, and catalog requests via fax or email.
- Utilizing your computer and organizational skills to provide accurate information to customers.
- Directing inquiries from other departments regarding inside sales functions.
- Providing necessary office support as required.
- Staying updated on changes in policies and procedures.
- Completing additional clerical tasks and projects as assigned.
- Acquiring proficiency in operating Hafele's computer systems.
- Demonstrating ability to use MS Outlook effectively.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university is preferred; alternatively, one to two years of relevant experience and training, or a combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret office procedures. Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to requests from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Competence in applying concepts of introductory algebra.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to address problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
