**Position Overview:**

The **Client Relations Specialist** is essential to our operations. This role involves managing documentation to allow our technicians to concentrate on repairs, assisting the service manager in maintaining organization, and effectively communicating with clients. Flexibility and a willingness to assist with various tasks are key attributes for success in this position.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Welcome all clients visiting the service department.

2. Address client inquiries both in-person and via phone.

3. Schedule service appointments and update clients on their orders.

4. Clarify completed services to clients, consulting with technicians as needed.

5. Initiate service work orders for incoming jobs.

6. Maintain and update client profiles and equipment records in the system.

7. Review and adjust work orders for warranty claims to maximize reimbursement.

8. Complete pre-submission worksheets for warranty claims.

9. Promote additional parts and services to clients.

10. Contact clients to highlight sales, special events, and services.

11. Process transfer requests for equipment between locations.

12. Oversee the rental process, including machinery maintenance, contract completion, and scheduling.

13. Ensure completion of service bulletins and manufacturer recalls.

14. Maintain monthly vehicle mileage and fuel logs.

15. Keep work areas clean and organized.

This position requires a commitment of approximately 40 hours per week.
