Sales Responsibilities
  • Develop leads through cold calls, telephone solicitation, and customer visits
  • Assess customer needs and develop proposals using product knowledge
  • Work with rental operations to ensure equipment availability
  • Train rental sales representatives in phone skills and marketing techniques

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating your ability to build strong customer relationships, perform high-energy sales work, and multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent job-related experience, as well as one year of sales experience or equivalent sales training. Three years or more of sales experience is preferred, along with industry experience.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $50,000 to $58,000 per year, plus an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on performance. In addition, we provide comprehensive health and welfare benefits, paid time off, and a tax-advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan.
