We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team at Gables Search Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and sales growth in the senior living industry.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with our Regional Director to develop and execute account plans that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Your primary focus will be on building relationships with healthcare professionals, case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and patients being discharged from hospitals and skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate expertise in presenting senior living options to target customers and overcome objections to close deals.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within each account, including case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and patients.
  3. Educate families on their care options and work with them to find the right senior living solution.
  4. Collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to deliver on sales targets and grow revenue.
  5. Pilot new initiatives, test processes, and provide feedback to improve tools and resources.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three or more years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with other teams.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to travel locally in your territory.
  • Healthcare/hospital sales experience highly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000-$120,000 based on performance and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
