Your Responsibilities

As a New Home Sales Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers to understand their home buying needs and preferences.
  • Selling our homes through effective marketing strategies and community engagement.
  • Developing comprehensive knowledge of our products, community features, and demographics to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and communication.
  • Participating in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs to drive business growth.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes to showcase our quality homes.
  • Completing required training and participating in community events and phone banks to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements

To succeed as a New Home Sales Professional at Lennar Homes, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree and real estate license are preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales; prior sales experience is highly valued.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various locations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills to build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools to analyze data and drive results.
  • A self-motivated attitude with a positive work ethic and strong attention to detail.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and industry standards. However, this may vary depending on individual circumstances.
