Role Summary
Kristopher Housh - State Farm Agent is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships and providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
About the Position
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. They will also be people-oriented, self-motivated, dedicated to customer service, able to multi-task, and effectively relate to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, plus commission/bonus opportunities.
