Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with sales, estimating, engineering, and operations teams to manage customer communications and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
  • Assist in the preparation and submittal of quote forms, bid lists, and proposals, as well as manage customer correspondence and follow-up actions.
  • Travel with Regional Sales Managers to develop customer relationships and provide initial responses to customer inquiries.
  • Manage customer correspondence and ensure that customer requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and research information required to address customer RFQs.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond promptly to customer needs and requests.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong initiative and judgment, with the ability to make decisions and take calculated risks.
Education and Experience

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent experience, is required. Strong technical aptitude and a proven track record of success in a sales support role are essential.
