We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Coordinator to join our team at Trachte LLC. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Regional Sales Managers and ensuring seamless customer communication throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with sales, estimating, engineering, and operations teams to manage customer communications and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
- Assist in the preparation and submittal of quote forms, bid lists, and proposals, as well as manage customer correspondence and follow-up actions.
- Travel with Regional Sales Managers to develop customer relationships and provide initial responses to customer inquiries.
- Manage customer correspondence and ensure that customer requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and research information required to address customer RFQs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond promptly to customer needs and requests.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong initiative and judgment, with the ability to make decisions and take calculated risks.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent experience, is required. Strong technical aptitude and a proven track record of success in a sales support role are essential.
