About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Simulation Support Specialist to join our team at Omega Ventures. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve technical inquiries related to our in-house developed customer device simulators
  • Conduct customer consultations and provide internal support for our simulators
  • Provide technical support for the use of Liebherr simulators (LiSIM)
  • Process, coordinate, and support customer-specific projects
  • Install and commission our simulators, both internally and on-site at customer locations
Requirements
  • Completed technical education or training in the IT field
  • Hardware and software affinity, as well as a general understanding of IT systems, operating systems, and network technology
  • First experience with firmware BIOS and its configuration
  • High willingness to learn
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Independent and careful work ethic
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Approximately 20% willingness to travel worldwide
