City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to fill the role of a part-time Overnight Operations Supervisor.

While being bilingual is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. We appreciate diverse experiences and backgrounds, so all qualified candidates are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Position Overview:

The individual in this role will assist in overseeing compliance with contracts related to building maintenance services, while also fostering relationships between City Wide and independent contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Traveling to various client locations to ensure adherence to maintenance service contracts.
  • Participating in the evaluation and selection process of independent contractors based on their qualifications and professionalism.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, supervisors, independent contractors, and clients.
  • Implementing operational protocols for contract compliance, including management strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Acting as the primary contact for independent contractors during new account setups.
  • Communicating with independent contractors regarding client requests and priorities.
  • Providing nightly reports to the Facility Services Manager through voice notes and CRM data input.
  • Attending meetings and submitting timely reports as required.
  • Addressing any urgent security or disaster response issues that arise.
  • Managing key access for assigned accounts.
  • Maintaining a flexible schedule, including potential overtime based on client needs.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • High school diploma or GED; three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong judgment skills and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Proficiency in writing routine reports and correspondence.
  • Mathematical skills to perform basic calculations.
  • Competence in using technology, including phones, email, and Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Regularly using hands to handle objects and tools, and the ability to see, communicate, and hear.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and the ability to lift and move items up to fifty pounds.
  • Driving to client sites and possessing a valid driver's license.
