Role Summary:
The Evening Operations Compliance Supervisor will be responsible for visiting multiple facilities each evening, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of janitorial services and other ongoing projects.
In this role, you will conduct thorough inspections of facilities and compile detailed reports on your findings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality control of business operations to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with Independent Contractors.
- Work independently and in teams across various facility types, including industrial, medical, and retail.
- Exercise sound judgment in addressing client concerns and involving appropriate personnel to meet client needs.

City Wide Facility Solutions is a leading sales and management firm in the building maintenance sector, providing comprehensive solutions to diverse facility challenges.
Work Schedule:
This position offers flexible hours, typically between 5:00 PM and 2:00 AM, with many supervisors working from 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The specific days of the week are also adaptable based on operational needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or related fields is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in building maintenance, facilities management, or similar industries.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves various physical activities, including sitting, bending, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Benefits:
- IRA retirement plan with a 3% match (upon eligibility).
- Part-time positions do not include medical/health benefits.
Compensation:
Hourly wage ranges from $17 to $19, with mileage reimbursement up to $600 per month.
Safety Considerations:
This position is classified as Safety Sensitive. Candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Schedule Details:
20-25 hours per week, with potential for full-time status in the future. Evening shifts are flexible, with most supervisors working Sunday through Thursday evenings.
