Overview:
At City Wide Facility Solutions, we are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of part-time Evening Operations Supervisor.

Role Summary:
The selected candidate will be instrumental in overseeing contract adherence for assigned facility maintenance services, while fostering strong relationships between City Wide and our Independent Contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
The individual will be responsible for:

  • Traveling to various client locations to ensure compliance with all maintenance service contracts.
  • Participating in the assessment and selection of Independent Contractors based on their skills, availability, and professionalism.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, supervisors, Independent Contractors, and clients.
  • Implementing City Wide's operational protocols for contract compliance, including management strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Acting as the primary contact for Independent Contractors during new account setups.
  • Communicating effectively with Independent Contractors regarding client requests and priorities.
  • Providing daily updates to the Facility Services Manager regarding potential revenue opportunities or necessary supplies.
  • Submitting nightly reports to the Facility Services Manager through voice notes and CRM entries.
  • Participating in meetings and preparing timely reports as required.
  • Addressing any urgent security or disaster response issues that arise.
  • Managing key access for assigned accounts.
  • Maintaining regular attendance with a flexible schedule, including mandatory overtime as needed.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED, with at least three months of relevant experience or training.
  • Strong judgment skills and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • The ability to read and interpret safety regulations, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Proficiency in writing routine reports and correspondence.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculations in various units of measure.
  • Proficiency in using phones, email, fax, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this position include:

  • Regularly using hands for handling objects and tools, reaching with arms, and maintaining good vision and hearing.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to fifty pounds.
  • Driving to client sites, requiring a valid driver's license.

Benefits:
We offer a range of benefits including mileage reimbursement, a Simple IRA with a 3% match, and competitive hourly pay ranging from $15.00 to $19.00.
