About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Kansas City Downtown. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key group and catering accounts to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
  • Represent the hotel at industry trade shows and conferences to build brand awareness and drive sales
  • Utilize cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
