Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts, TBD
Compensation: $32 - $65/hr. DOE

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize safety as the foremost concern, demonstrating a strong commitment to integrity and excellence in service to clients.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations (minimum OSHA 30 or equivalent training). Conduct inspections to verify compliance and address any safety issues.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate or eliminate them.
  • Lead and participate in site inspections and construction meetings.
  • Address and resolve on-site challenges and emergencies.
  • Conduct project sign-off inspections with stakeholders, coordinate permit inspections with regulatory bodies, and ensure all permits are finalized prior to project completion.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or high-tech tool installation, or a Journeyman license with at least 1 year of construction experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of 6S methodology and its application in the workplace.
  • Strong critical thinking and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with project stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, preferably Autodesk BIM 360, along with Navis Works or similar 3D visualization tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of procurement processes, construction materials, methods, and relevant building codes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in semiconductor 300mm tool installation in a leadership capacity.
  • Background in cleanroom construction and high-tech tool installation.
  • Possession of a Journeyman license.

Physical Requirements:

May require walking up to 5 miles daily, standing for extended periods (8-10 hours), and performing physical tasks such as bending, twisting, pushing/pulling, crouching, kneeling in confined spaces, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in restrictive clothing and wear necessary personal protective equipment. Strong manual dexterity is essential for tasks performed at elevated heights.
