Job Overview

System Pavers is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our esteemed team. As a vital member of System Pavers, your main role will be to promote the System Pavers brand effectively.

You will engage with homeowners to arrange complimentary consultations with our Design Consultants, who will craft a personalized Outdoor Living System Design tailored to their lifestyle preferences. This role does not involve aggressive sales tactics; rather, you will be interacting with residents in their communities to identify those interested in a free consultation for enhancing their outdoor spaces.

If you are dedicated to laying the groundwork for your success within a collaborative culture that recognizes your hard work, ambition, and interpersonal skills, this position is ideal for you.

No prior experience is necessary; we are dedicated to your success and provide paid training. Compensation is $20 per hour PLUS commission. Earn $250 for each successful sale from an appointment. Candidates can potentially earn up to $5200 monthly, combining base pay and commission. Availability to work weekends is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiating contact with potential clients and establishing rapport
  • Canvassing neighborhoods to discuss customer needs and visions
  • Participating in home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeowners
  • Maintaining a customer-focused approach that prioritizes service and satisfaction
  • Effectively utilizing company technology platforms via a tablet and necessary software
