Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and technical peers across assigned partnerships.
  • Utilize established processes to support the development and management of the business pipeline; prepare comprehensive reports for key stakeholders.
  • Proactively escalate issues to management as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
  • Close business opportunities using predefined frameworks and templates, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in the execution and management of deals by effectively communicating with stakeholders.
  • Identify and track obstacles, collaborating with relevant parties to drive resolutions.
  • Support post-deal governance and execution strategies by working closely with internal and partner teams across various functions.
  • Measure success by assessing progress against defined KPIs and metrics, such as revenue and opportunity volume.

Qualifications:
  • A preferred bachelor’s degree in business, liberal arts, sciences, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in fields such as investment banking, corporate strategy, sales, venture capital, business development, or product management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to cultivate and sustain successful business partnerships.

Essential Skills:
  • At least 5 years of experience in complex business negotiations.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract drafting and redlining.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in task management and prioritization.
